(Solved) Windows cannot  set up a homegroup  on this computer.
I have tried everything I found on the internet so far. 1. I am using "Home" network 2. Delete files under "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking " 3. Enable ipv6 via GUI and regedit 4. Turned off the Firewall 5. Get rid of all the settings I made on gpedit.msc Yet I am still unable to make a home network. Is there a solution to this problem? I wish there were files I could delete so that I could freshly start the homegroup application.

Enabling 'Server' on service.msc (Press Win+R for Run dialog and type it in and enter) and then 'Homegroup Listener' solved my problem.
